Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Child of God Clothing LLC Store. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver your orders. Please read it carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST on a Friday or over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday. During peak seasons (holidays, special promotions), processing times may extend to 2–3 business days. We appreciate your patience during busy periods.
2. Shipping Options and Rates
We offer three domestic shipping methods:

3. Free Shipping Threshold
We offer free standard shipping on all orders totaling $75.00 or more (before taxes). The free shipping discount is applied automatically at checkout when the qualifying threshold is met. Free shipping applies to standard shipping only (5–7 business days) and is valid for the contiguous United States only.
4. Alaska and Hawaii
We ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Standard shipping rates apply ($6.99 for orders under $75). Please note that orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for the free shipping threshold. Delivery times to Alaska and Hawaii may be 1–3 additional business days beyond standard estimates. Express and overnight options are available at the standard rates.
5. Overnight Shipping Details
Overnight shipping is available via FedEx Priority ($24.99) and delivers within 1 business day after processing. To receive your order the next business day, you must place your order before 1:00 PM EST on a business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST, or on weekends and federal holidays, will be processed the next business day and ship accordingly. FedEx Priority does not guarantee delivery to all remote areas.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to update. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at [email protected].
7. Delivery Issues
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors and around the perimeter of your home
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- Wait 24 hours — sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered prematurely
- If still not resolved, contact us at [email protected]
Child of God Clothing LLC is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will work with you to resolve delivery issues whenever possible.
8. Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Address changes can only be made before your order ships. Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages.
9. Holiday Shipping
During major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's), shipping carriers experience high volumes that may cause delays beyond our control. We recommend ordering at least 10 business days in advance of major holidays to ensure timely delivery.
