How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
How do I start a return?
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within 30 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We apologize for this experience. Email us photos of the damage along with your order number and we will send a replacement at no cost within 3–5 business days.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, orders are processed for shipment and cannot be changed. Contact us immediately if you need to make a change.
