Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Express shipping takes 2–3 business days. Overnight shipping (1 business day) is available via FedEx Priority. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipping.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders $75 or more. For orders under $75, standard shipping is $6.99. Express shipping is 2.99 and overnight is $24.99 regardless of order total.
Yes, we ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Standard shipping rates apply ($6.99 for orders under $75). Please note that Alaska and Hawaii orders are not eligible for the free shipping threshold. Delivery times may be 1–3 business days longer than the contiguous US.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website (USPS.com, UPS.com, or FedEx.com). Please allow 24 hours after receiving the tracking number for it to become active.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. To initiate a return, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us regardless of whether it has been worn.
To exchange an item, return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the correct size. This is the fastest way to get the right size. Contact us at [email protected] if you need assistance.
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All payments are processed through PayPal's secure checkout — you do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit or debit card. All transactions are SSL encrypted.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
Most of our clothing is available in XS through 2XL. Some accessories (hats, bags, bracelets) are one-size-fits-most. Check each product page for exact sizing availability. We include a detailed size chart on each clothing product page with measurements in both inches and centimeters.
We sincerely apologize if your item arrived damaged. Please email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will ship a replacement at no cost to you within 3–5 business days.
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement. After that, your order enters our fulfillment process and cannot be changed. If you need to cancel within the window, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
Yes! We love supporting churches, campus ministries, youth groups, and faith organizations. For orders of 10+ items, please email [email protected] with the styles, sizes, and quantities needed. We offer competitive pricing for ministry orders.
Currently, we ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Please check back — we plan to expand internationally in the future.
To keep your Child of God Clothing looking its best: Machine wash cold with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not bleach or dry clean. Turn graphic tees inside out before washing to preserve print quality. Iron on low heat, avoiding direct contact with printed areas. Following these care instructions will extend the life of your garment significantly.
Absolutely. All transactions on our site are processed through PayPal's secure, SSL-encrypted payment gateway. We never store your credit card information. PayPal uses industry-standard encryption to protect your financial data.

Yes! Overnight shipping via FedEx Priority ($24.99) delivers in 1 business day after processing. Orders must be placed before 1:00 PM EST on a business day to ship the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.
