Return & Refund Policy

At Child of God Clothing LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we make the return process simple and straightforward.
1. Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns requested after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted. To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number before shipping the item back.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Item must be unworn and unwashed
- All original tags must be attached
- Item must be in its original condition — no alterations, tears, or damage caused by the customer
- Item must be returned in its original packaging or similar protective packaging
- Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or dry-cleaned
- Items with removed or damaged tags
- Items that show signs of wear, odor, makeup, or alterations
- Final sale items (if marked as such at time of purchase)
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start your return, follow these steps:
- Step 1: Email [email protected] with subject line "Return Request — Order #[your order number]"
- Step 2: Include your name, order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return
- Step 3: Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return shipping label
- Step 4: Package your item securely and drop it off at the carrier location noted on the label
- Step 5: Keep your tracking number until your refund is confirmed
5. Return Shipping
For standard returns of items in their original condition, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. If you are returning an item for an incorrect size or preference change, the return shipping is still free — we believe in making returns as easy as possible for our community.
Please do not ship items back without first contacting us — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
6. Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method (PayPal, credit card, or debit card). You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed.
Please note: depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it.
7. Exchanges
We currently process exchanges as a return + new order. To exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Initiate a return following the steps above
- Place a new order for the desired item
- This ensures you receive the correct item as quickly as possible without waiting for the exchange to process

8. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damage or defect
We will ship a replacement at no cost within 3–5 business days. You will not need to return the damaged item. We apologize for any inconvenience and are committed to making it right.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. After 12 hours, your order enters our fulfillment process and cannot be cancelled. If your order has already shipped, you may return it following our standard return process once it is delivered.
